Open User sign in and enter the verification code sent to your phone number registered with management. You can then access your authorised residence, announcement and dues information.
My unit doesn't appear in the list — what should I do?
Unit association and authorisation may be subject to site management approval. For a unit missing from your account, create a request through our support channel or site management.
How can I access dues and expense documents?
Residents with dues access can open "Dues Information" to view amounts and documents published by management.
Where can I find the move-in rules and site plan?
The Move-in Procedure page contains the rules, block entrance plan, and downloadable delivery booklet.
